Satisfaction Gaurantee
At RJM Performance unless otherwise stated all products carry a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product after installation and troubleshooting with RJM Customer support then you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your product for a full refund of the original purchase price (Less actual shipping charges).
Shipping information
- *It is our explicit Policy Not to Devalue shipments going to international locations for reduction in import fees*
- At RJM Performance unless otherwise stated all products will be shipped with Canada Post and arrive by USPS to customers in the USA.
- All Customers will receive a Shipping Notification Email once your order has shipped out and will contain your Canada Post/USPS Tracking Number.
- International Customers (Outside Canada/USA) must contact us for a specific shipping quote to your location and we will determine the best priced shipping carrier to your region prior to placing your order.
Return policy
- *ALL Returns MUST BE APPROVED By RJM Performance and have a valid RMA Number Prior to Return Shipment.*
- Items for Refund are to be returned to RJM Performance via Canada Post or United States Parcel Service (USPS) Only.
- For customers outside of Canada all returns must be valued at a $0.00 for customs and be marked clearly in the item description as "Return for Refund - Auto Part" with Country of Origin filed out as "CA" or Canada. Please Fill out Customs Forms Completely and Carefully for all returns, if you require help please contact us to ensure correct information is provided with your shipment to avoid international customs charges.
- Any Returned Item that has a customs value other then $0.00 (Zero dollars) applied at time of shipment which causes import charges to be applied by Canada Customs will have any fees billed to RJM Performance charged back to the customer or removed from their refund.
- *** Any items returned thru UPS, FedEx, DHL, Etc or any other unapproved carrier Will Be Refused At The Door and Returned to Sender at Customers Expense with No Exceptions! ***
Warranty Repair/replacement
Items with a 1-Year Warranty will (at RJM Performance's discretion) be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Where items are determined to require replacement a new unit will be shipped within 1-3 business days in most cases and once received the defective item is to be returned to RJM Performance for inspection via Canada Post or United States Parcel Service (USPS) Only. Please See Return Policy Section for Important Shipping Information that needs to be followed.
